Finpro Organizes a High-Performance Buildings B2B event in Stockholm on 4th May
The Swedish property markets are growing very strong. Construction is back at levels of the 1970’s. There is a shortage of materials and technologies as well as personnel, which creates business opportunities for new entrants to the market.
In cities all over Sweden, large scale urban development projects are being developed. In most of these, ambitious performance requirements have been set up for the building developers in areas such as sustainability, energy efficiency and transport. With 12 000 new homes and 35 000 workplaces, Stockholm Royal Seaport is the largest urban development area in Sweden and one of the largest in Europe.
